When you are experiencing the lack of changes to small, medium or large details how are you assessing that? What I mean is - Do you have a zoomed in view to some portion of your image to see that no changes are being made? Or, are you fully zoomed out? Granted, certain images may show different amts of change for the different-sized Detail sliders depending on the tones/contrasts/details in each image being worked on. I see alterations to my test images and no sliders are resetting when others are used. I’m on a Win PC & am not experiencing any of what you are at all. When I apply small detail enhancement no values are displayed but as soon as I touch the medium detail slider the small detail slider is reset to zero this does not happen with large detail.Įven very small amounts of small detail have a strong horrible impact but medium and large does not show any affect at all. Image Produced using Auto Std - When AAI Opened to Controls: 1 primarily as a Ps CC 2019 Topaz filter… Granted I went in a candy-colored direction to be uber summer cheery with this (not my usual low key…).Īttachments below: (The weirdness in the 2nd one may not be as obvious in a low res snip as what I’m seeing on my PC) Yes, I’m experiencing the same thing on a Win 7 PC - using AAI v. What I am finding is that if it opens with the right hand pane on “Presets”, then when a photo is opened, and the Auto Adjust set to Standard and 100%, the image is badly blurred, however if I then click on the reset button, and close the program with the “Controls” pane still open, then when I restart the program, reopen the same photo, and set the Auto Adjust to “Standard” and 100%, the image is not blurred, and I can then open the “Presets” pane and use the presets without the blurring being introduced.įor me at least, the work around is to always close Adjust AI with the “Controls” pane open
